Businessman Clifford Handal Escapes Kidnapping
On Saturday, July 25, 2026, businessman Clifford Handal and his father escaped a kidnapping attempt that occurred in the morning in Delmas 33, near the Peace Hospital. According to several concurring sources, their armored vehicle thwarted an attack by a group of heavily armed individuals. 30 New Police Officers Assigned to Nippes
