This week’s Features and Updates are focused on making everyday work more flexible and reliable. We’ve started improving Data Imports, added more control over Purchase Order IDs, cleaned up manual tracking options, and made several shipping and automation fixes.
FEATURE UPDATES
A smarter way to import products and kits
We’ve started rolling out a new Data Import experience for Create Products, Update Products, and Manage Kits. Imports now run in the background, so you don’t have to stay on the page while Ordoro processes your file.
Hit an error? No need to start over. Successful rows will still import, and you can download, fix, and retry only the rows that failed. Your import history also keeps related attempts together, making it easier to track what happened. Other Data Import types will get the same treatment over time.

Put your Purchase Order IDs in order
Prefer PO numbers that count up instead of using the date and time? Now you can choose.
Set a custom prefix and starting number, and Ordoro will automatically assign the next number to each new Purchase Order. You can switch back to the default format at any time in your settings. Check out how to set it up here!
ADDITIONAL FEATURES and UPDATES
- Cleaner manual tracking options: We cleaned up the manual tracking carrier list by removing duplicate and outdated options. Finding the right carrier should now be quicker and easier.
PRODUCT PATCHES
- DHL eCommerce insurance works smoothly: Adding an insured value no longer causes rate errors.
- Product Tag rules are more accurate: Rules now better handle products with multiple tags or no tags.
- No weight, no unnecessary rate request: Shipping presets will not request rates when the package weight is zero, helping avoid carrier errors.
- Fine-tuned Shippo DHL Express labels: Thermal labels now fully display in the 4×6 format.
- Cleaner API key management: The API key page now shows only active keys.
