Newcomers Llandudno secured a third successive win to go top of the table in their third game of the season, this time condemning 10-man north Wales rivals and fellow new-boys Holywell to defeat.
Kieran Smith put the hosts ahead with Mark Winsdale levelling for the visitors just before the break.
Holywell’s Danny Sullivan was sent off in the fifth-minute of first-half added time.
It still took until the 90th minute for Llandudno to go ahead, Mark Cadwallader obliging. Callum Stephens added the third as full-time beckoned.
Holywell might find consolation in rising off the bottom thanks to goal difference as they swapped places with Trefelin.
The third round is not yet settled and more movement in the table can be expected on Saturday in two encounters.
